At the end of February I made an order consisting of 3 items. Weeks later, 2 of the items arrived. Like many multi-item online orders, I assumed that only part of the order had shipped. After waiting and waiting, I reached out to the company and they replied that there was no recourse and that I had waited too long to report the missing items. I will never shop with them again and I urge you to shop with extreme caution if you dare.
Baffling, rude, dismissive customer service. I have never written a review in my life, but this experience has been so weird that I have to share it.
Have been trying to buy a jacket from here for almost a year now, and there's always a reason I can't. I think because it keeps somehow getting flagged as fraud, although I have no idea, really, as no one is willing to ever answer my simple questions: such as, 'why can't I place this order?' Whatever software they use for 'Risk Prevention' is horrifically inaccurate. Whenever you try to contact them about it, you get treated like you're a criminal asking for information on a pending legal case. I'm obviously a real person and have explained multiple times why it might be getting flagged and asked for any possible way I can order it. I am never given any options and am either 1) ignored, or 2) essentially told to go away. Seriously, without any exaggeration, the first two times I tried to order this, I asked why I couldn't place the order, and I never got a response after the initial 'you can't.'
The first two times, it just rejected my payment without ever actually placing an order. I figured that, a year later, I could try again using Paypal. It went through fine, it shipped, and I was very excited. Then I happened to check UPS and saw that Huckberry had requested UPS to stop the shipment to me and send it back to them. I called them to find out what happened, a scared sounding man told me he couldn't give me any information but he would have a manager call me right away. About two hours later I got an email saying that my order was cancelled and refunded, and: 'As mentioned previously, we would be unable to accept future orders.' BUT WHY? No one can tell me!
I have never, ever, even so much as heard of a store that was so desperate NOT to take my money!
I still wanted the jacket, however, and at this point considered it something I had to obtain just out of stubbornness in the face of a Sisyphean task - until I noticed something with regards to their inventory. They have a sale on an item with dwindling stock at present. The numbers keep periodically going back up as items 'come back into stock.' Based on other reviews I've seen, of scratched and beat up or dirty products being shipped to customers, I think it's safe to assume that they just ship out used items that other people send back.
You can check items for quality control all you want, but I don't want a jacket someone else has had in their hands, in their house, and tried on their body! And I would never trust anything this company would do in the way of 'quality control' after my experience with them.
Also, refunds aren't free - you are responsible for return shipping!
It's liberating to let this year-long saga finally go to rest, although I will be sadly jacketless. Guess I'll find a better one to order from a company that doesn't treat me like dirt.

Overall, the quality of the Ridge Wallet and the packaging etc. is excellent, however, the functionality of the wallet is quite horrendous. If you have more than two cards, be prepared to be fumbling with it just to get the right card at the cashier. I used it once for one day and knew that it was style over substance - especially at it's hefty price point + shipping costs.
On top of that, they don't accept any returns, even when it's only used once. In fact, my initial email received a canned response that was too obviously a template email that did not answer my question. This is less so an issue with the team that works for Huckberry, but it's policies on dealing with customer issues.
I’m disappointed in the treatment I received from their customer service. Ordered something, they said it shipped and then nothing.
They claim there was a problem with my address. There wasn’t. They brought it back to their warehouse, or something? Now the product I wanted is supposedly out of stock.
Second order from Huckberry with absolutely no issues. I purchased another hat (I am refreshing my hat collection) and this time it arrived early and the hat was packed differently with a cardboard Placer in the hat to prevent it from being crushed. I'm sure this is not due to my ONE review and feedback but it happened for me! So while I still have never directly interacted with their customer service and can't speak to it, I have not had the need for such support. The Howler hat I got is again, top notch. This hat is well constructed, beautiful, quality prints, detailed stitching, quality fabric/materials with a high end overall presentation. I have absolutely no complaints about this product. Dear Huckberry, I would love to continue this relationship and hope never to see the ugly side that some reviewers here are stating. Keep up the good work.
I was very happy with the product and customer service. Allison promptly and cheerfully responded to the matter that I wrote to her about. The whiskey glasses are great.
So far so good. First order went through and arrived without a hiccup. A lot can be said about purchasing a 58 dollar hat but the quality and design of the hat I received is immaculate. The materials, stitch and finish is all top notch and feels luxurious. I am happy about the purchase and the customer service thus far. One recommendation from someone who has a big hat collection and also resells hats- put packing bubble or paper, rolled up a bit and stuff into the hat to prevent it from being squashed flat! The packing was not the worst but my hat did arrive a bit flattened. I know tricks to bring it back to shape but selling a high end hat for 58 dollars, my expectation is that you know how to transact, package and deliver like a high end retailer. Other than this, I know I will love this Huckberry hat for a long time to come.

Terrible experience. I ordered a limited edition item recently with a confirmed purchase receipt. A day later, I see the charge refunded on my payment provider site with no notification from Huckberry that the order was canceled. There was no block on my credit card that prevented the sale from completing. Even after I finished my purchase, I saw that the remaining stock was dwindling but still available.
If this was a problem with inventory counts lagging behind sales, then that is frustrating but I get it. Just own up to it, Huckberry. Don’t gaslight your customer. Say that you oversold and that your systems could not stop new sales fast enough. I’d be happy with an honest, humane response.
I’ve still not received a formal cancellation. What’s worse is that I’ve been blocked from my brand new account so I can’t even put myself on the notify me of restock list.
Even after reaching out to support (nicely, because I know they are not responsible), I still don’t know what happened. I received a two sentence response telling me my order was refunded (already knew that), and that the company would not restock (!!!). No help with my blocked account, either.
I’ve never had such a mismanaged, unprofessional experience in buying a $1000+ item. If I had not checked my purchase activity on my card immediately, I’d still be idiotically excited to have a whiz-bang surprise birthday gift on the way.
I won’t buy here again. Glossy gear bro lifestyle brand that skimps on the after-sale experience.
Product of photo looked like a smart winter jacket. It was more like a tee shirt that fit in the mailbox. Junk.
Huckberry initially say that tracking info will be available within 24/48 hours but after five days of no communication finally respond and say that it wont be shipped for 2 weeks.
Given the many other reviews here that claim that if Huckberry ever actually sent them something it was defective and had missing items, it is clear that this company has some very questionable practices.
I did eventually get the item after nearly a month of not knowing if and when the package would arrive.
The customer support had nothing useful to tell me and couldn't even spell properly.
I got this nice dark duffle bag from them for camping and hiking and picnics. Works well and seems durable even after using it a lot. It was a bit pricey but if it lasts a few more years of heavy use I'd say it's worth it. I'll try them again.
Had emailed asking about loose threads on my Outdoor Slipper Boots ( high-top wool felt sippers). Huckberry sent me a new pair, completely beyond my expectations. Made a donation in Thea ou today new pair to my local food bank in honor of their comment to their customers!
Unfortunately did not read any reviews before ordering, ordered almost a month ago and my order was marked as shipped except the tracking info only shows a label was printed, tried contacting customer support and they turned off their phones and have not answered any support emails.
